Dear Father Jaruda, Greetings! The PAASCU Accreditation Executive Committee will hold its 1 st Draft (Self-Survey) Assessment Report presentation on October 28, 2011 from 8:00am-5:00pm. After this meeting, a summary of all the assessments will be prepared, including the different recommendations found in each of the 9 areas both for the College and High School departments, and to be submitted to the School Board for review and consideration. In view of this, may we therefore request for a Special School Board Meeting preferably on November 7, Monday from 9:00am onwards for the PAASCU Accreditation Executive committee to formally present the outcomes of the 1st Draft of the Self-Survey assessments, including the various recommendations, made by the College and High School departments across all Survey Area committees. We will also be inviting our Consultant, Dr. Rodrigo Ponce Jr., to be present during the meeting to help and guide us map out possible solutions to the perceived problems as recommended by the various committee areas.
