Draft Harcourt Community Plan

Feedback Form
THE NEXT STEPS
The next steps within Harcourts community action planning process is to consult with the broader Harcourt community about the ideas that have been gathered within various community development meetings that have taken place within Harcourt. This will be achieved by: Getting feedback from you, residents, ratepayers and interested groups. Using the feedback gathered from this feedback form, to finalise a draft plan. Designing the draft plan in a way that identifies community priorities, whilst also identifying people who demonstrate a willingness to achieve these. Taking the draft Harcourt community plan out to the broader community to consult on plan objectives, timeframe and identified participants.

The Harcourt Community Plan will be guided or supported by: The Harcourt communitys diversity of ideas and input Community members commitment to working on the plan in an open and constructive manner Councils ability to support the Harcourt community to access information and resources that helps to achieve plans.

Making the plan work:

The effectiveness and success of the Harcourt community plan requires motivation and determination demonstrated by the Harcourt community to make actions work.

Community plans and actions:

Realising that community plans are driven by individual and collective motivation allows us to understand that some issues identified within the Harcourt community action plan may not eventuate within the short term. Others however may be achieved within a relatively immediate time frame. Acknowledging time frames for individual actions may help to underwhelm the thought of achieving many ideas and actions immediately.

How can you contribute?:
