Work instruction for maintenance Daily inspection to be carried out at the start of the shift by checking each induction soldering, Resistance soldering, manual soldering machines one by one every day. Following checks to be carried out during daily inspections General cleaning of machines and surrounding . Suitability of Power and other electrical connections. Availability and serviceability of relevant jigs and fixtures on the module. Availability and serviceability of relevant water and air supplies. No piling or stacking of material around module which can endanger any worker. Availability of sufficient light on production modules. All safety precautions for machine operations and human safety are taken. Operating condition of machine. Inspect all security warnings and indications are intact. Preventive maintenance

All daily checks to be carried out. Check for any damaged, worn-out or loose part. Replace such part if required. If any part is completing its life it is to be replaced. Raise indent for any spare required. Check for the requirement of any lubrication or oiling. Intimation of preventive maintenance on any machine to be given to production department 48 hrs in advance and maintenance schedules to be aligned with production requirements. 3.8 Put all grounding connections cover and panels in-place or replace wherever required. 3.9 Check for any oil leaks 4.0 4.1 Breakdown maintenance

As soon as machine breakdown request is received from production, maintenance engineer is to take over the control of machine. 4.2 Make all efforts for earliest recovery of machine. 4.3 Prepare machine break down report mentioning the reasons or probable causes of break down whichever is applicable .nt. 4.4 If required raised indent mentioning the priority of the spare and hand it over to the purchase department. 4.5 After completion of the job carry out check points mentioned in daily and preventive maintenance .
