Agenda:

1. Confirmation of minutes of the second committee meeting held on 15 May 2013. 1.1 The minutes of the second committee meeting were read and passed unanimously without any amendments. 1.2 It was proposed by Leila Krishnan and seconded by Oh Won Bin. 2. Reports from organizer of recycling project. 2.1 The organizing chairman, Mary Janet, told the committee that 500 kilogrammes of old newspaper was collected. This project had received an overwhelming response from the members. 2.2 The New Straits Times lorry will collect newspaper on 30 August 2013. 2.3 All committee members have to be at school by 2.00 p.m. to arrange the newspaper neatly before placing it into the lorry. 3. Other matters arising. 3.1 The treasurer brought to the attention of the committee the problem of insufficient funds. 3.2 The chairperson assured those present to look into matter and topic to be discussed at the next meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 3.00 p.m.
