Try to use a round cake tin of about 15-20cm diameter.

Or you can use those fancy ones like mine. Bake at 180 degree Celcius for about 15 - 20 mins.

Cinnamon Tea Cakes

Ingredients (Creaming Method) 180g butter, soften at room temperature 3/4 cup fine castor sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup (125ml) milk 3 eggs (not too large) 1 1/4 cups (185g) self-raising flour 1/4 cup (40g) plain flour

Sprinkle: Cinnamon Snow Sugar Sprinkle 1 tbs icing sugar + 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon (mix well) 1 tbs melted butter Method: Spread melted butter on cake and then sprinkle cinnamon snow sugar.
