NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE: Mark Bradley Childress, of Virginia, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the United Republic of Tanzania. Wanda Felton, of New York, to be First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States for a term expiring January 20, 2017. (Reappointment) Tomasz P. Malinowski, of the District of Columbia, to be Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, vice Michael H. Posner, resigned. Dennis V. McGinn, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Navy, vice Jackalyne Pfannenstiel, resigned. Carlos Roberto Moreno, of California, to be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Belize. Evan Ryan, of Virginia, to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Educational and Cultural Affairs), vice Judith Ann Stewart Stock, resigning.
