Traditional Authority: Belief in sacredness of tradition Tradition, Privilege, Honor represented by patriarchal authority Charismatic authority: Uncommon, extraordinary devotion to heroic force of an individual Legal authority: Belief in legality of consciously created order Right to give commands rested in the person His right to govern legitimized by enactment.
