There are various I.A No. clubbed together in the captioned matter. The Liquidator has filed an
application for the disbursement of CIRP cost, Liquidation Cost and sale of the vehicle which is
the sole asset of the Corporate Debtor. The Hon’ble Tribunal heard the matter and asked the
counsel appearing on behalf of the liquidator to submit the details with respect to the vehicle of
the Corporate Debtor.
