Adrenaline: 10 mcg/kg IV or IO

Amioderone: 5 mg/kg IV or IO
Dextrose:
0.5 gm/kg
5 ml/kg of 10%
Fluid Bolus: 20 ml/kg Normal Saline.
Sodi Bic :

1 mEq/Kg
1 ml/kg of 8.4% solution.

All drugs should be flushed with N/saline.

Paediatric Calculations.

Maintenance fluids
(in mls per hr).

4 ml/kg/hr for the first 10 kg,


adding
2 ml/kg/hr for the second 10 kg
and
1 ml/kg/hr for each kg over 20
kg.

Wt (kg) x %deficit x 10.


Replacement fluids.

(Age * 2) + 80.

(Age + 4) * 2.
Weight.

20 mls/kg warmed Normal Saline.

Adenosine for SVT: (given as rapid bolus)
