1 ml/kg of 8.4% solution.

All drugs should be flushed with N/saline.

adding
2 ml/kg/hr for the second 10 kg
and
1 ml/kg/hr for each kg over 20
kg.

Replacement fluids.

20 mls/kg warmed Normal Saline.
