we all leaarn from everything we do. what do you do to help your life?

an easy question to ask but more difficult to answer...if you could choose to de cide..where would you be? realize you can choose now and you will find the resourse to achieve. just make the choice to be there..because you have made choices that have lead u p to this point. like flicking a switch do you choose to remain in the dark or will you make the choice to be in the light? we may not know how electricity works but we can still turn on the light, its al ways been there waiting to be utilized. realize you are exactly in the place in your life because you have made choices to be where you are at. now realize you have choices to make, how will the rest of your life be? its up to you. realize you have a choice. once you make the desision if you want it or not. its up to you. purt a smile on your face and your body starts to reflect happiness. practice an d you become more skilled at what ever you focus on. where is your energy going? where would you like it to go? its up to you, decide. thanks
