Synopsis:
At 4:00 p.m. today, the center of Tropical Storm "GORIO" w as estimated based on all available data at 40 km Southeast of Legazpi City (12.9N, 123.9E) w ith maximum sustained w inds of 65 kph near center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move northw est at 24 kph.

Forecast:
Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region and the provinces of Marinduque, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Nueva Ecija and Pangasinan w ill have stormy w eather w ith rough to very rough seas. Eastern Visayas, Panay Island, the rest of MIMAROPA and Central Luzon and the provinces of La Union, Benguet and Nueva Viscaya w ill experience rains w ith gusty w inds and the coastal w aters w ill be moderate to rough. The rest of the county w ill be cloudy w ith light to moderate rainshow ers and thunderstorms. Moderate to strong w inds blow ing from the southeast to east w ill prevail over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao and coming from southw est over the rest of the country. The coastal w aters throughout the rest of the archipelago w ill be moderate to rough. (in Filipino)
