    WEATHER BULLETIN NUMBER FOURTEEN (FINAL) TROPICAL CYCLONE ALERT: TROPICAL STORM GORIO ISSUED AT 5:00 AM, 01 JULY 2013 TROPICAL STORM GORIO GAINED MORE STRENGTH AND SPEED AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE FARTHER AWAY FROM THE COUNTRY TOWARDS SOUTHERN CHINA. Location of eye/center: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm GORIO was estimated based on all available data at 560 km Northwest of Dagupan City (18.0N, 114.9E). Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100 kph. Movement: Forecast to move Northwest at 30 kph. Forecast Positions: Tropical Storm GORIO is already out of the Philippine Area of Responsibity (PAR).and is expected to be at 850 km Northwest of Dagupan City this afternoon.

    Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 17 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 500 km diameter of the Tropical Storm. Fishermen specially those using small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the Western Seaboards of Luzon due to big waves generated by Tropical Storm GORIO. With this development, this is the final bulletin on this weather disturbance.
