    As per the decision of the Chairman, we are to refund the Security Deposit(s) including Book Bank for the students [on submission of the receipts / affidavits] of the Batch-2009-12 Both Shifts- in the disciplines of BBA(G), BBA(BI), BCA and BJ(MC) as per the following schedule:(a) For applications submitted with documents before 30.09.12: (b) For applications submitted with documents before 31.10.12: (c) For applications submitted with documents before 30.11.12: (d) For applications submitted with documents before 31.12.12:

    Applications with documents submitted after 31.12.12 will be processed and payments to be made before 31st March13 with specific permission from the chairman. . All applications for refund must accompany (i) Original Receipt of security deposits (ii) NO DUE CERTIFICATE /Clearence Stating the name, enrollment No, contact no., discipline etc.

    It is adsvised to submit separate applications for refund of separate security deposits [Institute/Book Bank]. In case, the original receipt of security deposit is misplaced or lost, the student is to submit an affidavit in Stamp PaperRs.10/- stating that the original receipt is lost/misplaced and no claim will be made in future against the original receipt, if found afterwards and the said declaration is to be duly notorized by a Notary Public. A full text for the Stamp Paper declaration, if required, is available with the Sr. Accts Officer/ Accts Department, TIPS, Dwarka.
