Hi

Our courts are corrupt, but proof of prima facie judicial corruption is ignored. Millions of websites deplore our justice and legal systems, but all are ignored. Our government suffers from the Catholic Church syndrome and hides predatory judges and their crimes from the American people. Some few legal professionals have spoken out, but they are also ignored. A conspiracy of silence shrouds the America justice system. Most insiders --- lawyers and judges --- won't talk. Most outsiders --- law professors and journalists--- don't really know. Alan Dershowitz. The Best Defense, xiii, 1982 In 2003, The Honorable Edith Jones, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, told the Federalist Society of Harvard Law School that the American legal system has been corrupted almost beyond recognition. The question of what is morally right is routinely sacrificed for what is politically expedient. Legal philosophy has descended to nihilism. She asked, How can a system founded on law survive if the administrators of the law daily display their contempt for it? http://www. massnews.com/2003_Editions/3_March/03070 american_legal_system_ corrupt.shtml In 2009, Yale Law Journal published Corruption In Our Courts, What It Looks Like And Where It Is Hidden by Stratos Pahis. Pahis presents a model that identifies and quantifies the parameters that rational amoral individuals consider when balancing the rewards of a judicial bribe against the penalties of exposure. The model reveals an absence of a countervailing authority. Based on reliable data, Mr. Pahis estimates that there are a million judicial bribes in our civil and traffic courts annually.
