A Amended complaint under oath was fled in tis Court on November 6, 2012,
charging the above-named Defendant with the public offense of RESISTING, DELAYING OR
OBSTRUCTING A PUBLIC OFFICER, a violation of NRS 199 . 280(3), a misdemeanor
committed on or between January 12,2012 and January 14,2012, at ad within Reno Township,
Washoe County, Nevada.
Defendant appeaed together with Attorey Bruce Lindsay, Esq., before the Honorable
. David W. Clifon and the State was represented by, Zach Young. Show Cause Hearing
proceeded. Defendant found guilty of contempt and is hereby sentenced to serve FIVE (5) days
in the County Detention Facility, with credit for TWO (2) days previously served. Defendant
remanded to the custody of the Washoe County Sheriff.
It is frther ordered that the Defendant be detained and brought forthwith before the
Court by any duly swor peace ofcer of the State of Nevada if the Defendant violates or fils to
flfll ay condition of sentence ordered herein or if the Defendat violates or fails to flfll any
condition of alterative sentencing in which the Defendant is allowed to participate by any
agency of the state or local goverent.
