    Acknowledges that Afghanistan has little to no green energy Notes that Afghanistan is a desert that has light year round Proposes that solar panels be installed in the desert 1. Solar panels be placed in the desert 2. The panels be guarded from possible militant attacks 3. Hopes that the general assembly will see the importance of this Resolution.
