FMIS: This is the complete accounting software covering the whole range of activities
from preparation of client, party, project, employee codes etc. are also stored in directories. The system eliminates the need of remembering accounts codes, since these are stored in the system directories. Whenever these codes are required for entry in the field boxes of any activity module, they can be displayed and selected from drop down lists by clicking the drop down arrow of the field box. It is essential to enter data in these directories before starting work in the system and also to update these directories from time to time. The requirement of inputting data in the activity modules is minimum since the programs contain all the standard formulae and data for processing and generating required outputs. The financial data from the modules is stored in a common centralised database which acts as the source for generating the desired financial, and MIS reports. This workshop assist employees who are working in the office in many ways. Like it reduces the time, energy, and less manual work. Its increases the speed and as well as accuracy in the work by adopting this software.
