5 Received from the Charged Officer the list of additional documents and the list of defence witnesses, as per the prescribed format. Out of seven documents demanded by the Charged Officer, three (S.No 1,3, and 7) are found to be relevant and letters have been issued to the custodians of these documents for making the same available.
