    Ref: Your offer dated 13.04.2013 With reference to the above, we are happy to place this work order for hiring a dead load of 6 TON dead weight for testing EOT cranes installed at Coir Machinery Manufacturing Factory, Mullackal, Alappuzha Dist. The amount payable for the above scope of work shall be Rs.21000 (Rupees Twenty one thousand only) for transportation, loading and unloading at the yard of M/s. Rocky Transports & Crane Services and Rs.3000 (Rupees Three thousand) per day as hiring charge for crane. Service tax @ 12.36% for hiring of weights and 3.09% for transportation charge as per Govt. rules is applicable. The price break-up for loading unloading, transportation and rent is given in Annexure 1. Payment -75 % percent of the total cost will be paid as advance along with the work order. The balance amount will be paid on submission of bill and after receiving the dead loads at site. We request you to return a copy of the work-order duly signed at your end as a token of acceptance, within 7 days from the date of this letter.
