16 On May 30,2013, the Nevad! Supreme Court dismissed Appellant
17 ZACHARY BARKER COUGHLIN's (Coughlin) appeal fom a district court order
18 denying his emergency motion for a temporary restraining order or injunction and
19 awarding attorney's fees. (See Case No. 61383 (May 30, 2013).) The Nevada
20 Supreme Court also dismissed all of Coughlin's appeals fom any other order or
21 determination arising from the district court's review of this matter, which includes
22 all district court orders entered in tbis case afer that order was entered. (See id.)

1 Because this matter has been fully adjudicated, all of Coughlin's outstanding
2 motions pending in this case are DENIED as moot, including his Emergency Motion
3 to Poceed In Forma Pauperis. This case is closed.
