Upon reception of Conditional Offer Letter (COL), we have to immediately apply for Latvian Resident Permit.

For applying for Resident Permit: 5 main documents in hard copy needs to be mailed to Latvia: PCC Highest degree certificate Own personal account: statement: Rs 3.5 lakhs ( 1 day) Copy of international debit card of the same account : Mention the debit card no. on the certificate if no name is there on the debit card 6 passport: 35*45 mm white bg, 80% face Also on a white paper: Fathers name with dob , Mothers name with dob & other family members name with dob & marital status +Work experience: company name, period & designation +Student mention 12th, 10th school name passing year + Bachelors, university, passing year deatils Visa charges applicable: If all these documents are sent before June 23rd : Rs. 37100 After June 23rd to 3rd July: Rs. 48400 The VISA interview date in New Delhi is: 5th Aug 2013. Note: The AIC offer letter is received after 3 weeks of Conditional Offer Letter. But the student will have to immediately apply for the Resident Permit upon reception of COL itself. And once the student receives the AIC offer letter within 10 working days he/she will have to pay the tuition fees to the university without fail.
