What is EarlyAct Club


EarlyAct is a Schoolwide service club for Primary School Students EarlyAct Clubs are sponsored by local Rotary Clubs. It is a club for students between 5 to 12 years. Mission and Operation is closely linked to ideals of RI

How to setup EarlyAct Club


Formulate subcommittee within club. Meet with Principle of the school to discuss plan. Invite Governor and Press release for Kickoff and other activities. Appoint Rotary Advisor for EarlyAct club. Attend EarlyAct kickoff event. Act as a facilitator, role model and mentors to EarlyActors.

How to setup EarlyAct Club


-Attend EarlyAct meetings when possible and Participate in Projects. -Startup Seed money, donations of supply and equipment. -Recognize EarlyAct members achievements with Awards. -Recognize Parents and Faculty Advisors and Invite EarlyAct officers to our club.

Guidelines to setup EarlyAct Club


Select EarlyAct Advisors who will conduct regular meetings Offer Assistance and guidelines in service projects Meet at least every second week for meeting Support by participation in EarlyAct activities and service Projects.

Establish team consisting of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Select class representatives- at least two from each class. Establish Goals and Objectives of EarlyAct Club Plan and Organize projects and activities Select Chairmen committees for the
