    The problem is that over the last century, we humans have been releasing more and more carbon dioxide and other gases into the atmosphere when fuels are burned and forests are cut down. These additional gases have upset the natural balance of our atmosphere, trapping more heat that is healthy for the earth.

    How have we hurt ourselves..?


    Simple answers is

    POLLUTING

    Air: Polluted by industrial gas, aircraft fuels and other humans activities that require the use of fossil fuels. Water: Polluted by industrial and home waste. Land: Polluted by non bio degradable products and chemicals.

    Sings are Telling Us Everything is Not Normal..!



    Floods in the reas where the flood is not common. Droughts in places, which were having good rainfall earlier. A suddenly harsh climate in the terms of ciclones and thunderstorms. Rising sea levels by melting icecaps.

    Some Threats are:



    Rising sea levels, leading to more coastal erosion, and flooding during storms. Increased drought and increased incidence of wildfires.

    Severe damage of many forest, wetlands, and other natural ecosystems.


    Impacts on human health as mosquitoes and other disease-carrying insects and rodent spread diseases over larger geographical regions.

    Have we done anything to stop this..?

    How to prevent Global Warming..?



    Replacing a regular incadescent light bulb. Dont leave appliances on standby. Cover your pots while cooking. Use the washing machine or dishwasher only when they are full.

    Reduse your shopping bag.


    Plant a tree. Coordinate wiht colleagues to use one car for transportation. Protect and conserve forest worldwide.
