Power Point: Mulitple Slides Print with PDF Creator PDF: Is a file format used to represent documents in a manner

independs of application software, hardware, and operating system. PDF Creator: Application that creates PDF Format files. Able to use on most computers. Most Windows and Macbook (apple computer) can read it. Easy to share. Requirement: 1. Microsoft Power Point 2. PDF Creator 1. Download From: http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator 2. Install. Cautions: 1. Make sure that the slides have clear background: 1. Sometimes it can be hard to read the text if the background is dark 2. Once the powerpoint has been created to PDF, you can no longer edit the PDF File. 1. Make sure everything is right on the power point. Save the Orignal Power point File. Procedure 1. Power Point is open. 2. File> Print 3. Change the Printer to PDF Creator

4. Click on Printer Properties

5. PDF Creator Properties will appear. Go to Page Format and Click Amount of Slides you would like on each page. ( Click on Draw Border this will make it easier to read each slide)

6. Press Ok 7. Press Print

8. Wait a couple of seconds. 9. PDF Creator will appear. Press Save.

10. Save As Will Appear. Place The PDF File in your computer any place you can remember.

11. Once you press save, give it a couple of seconds for the PDF Creator to Process. 12. Now, go to the area where you saved the File. Open the PDF File.

13. Click on File> Print

14. Go to Print> Name: Select the Printer that you are going to print with.

15. Press Okay. 16. The End =]
