Shop Drawings: Indicate dimensions, description of materials and finishes, general construction, specific modifications, component connections, anchorage methods, hardware, and installation procedures, including specific requirements indicated. 1. Submit shop drawings for each complete system or assembly of shopfabricated, field-fabricated, and manufactured components. 2. Submit shop drawings and manufacturers literature on fire protection system components, according to the following listing: Hangers and Supports Hanger Supports Brackets Hangers Clamps Fire Protection Water Pipe, Fittings & Valves List of Manufacturers Piping Layout and Details Valves Pipe Fittings Sprinkler Systems List of Manufacturers Sprinkler Piping and Head Layout and Details Sprinkler Heads Water Flow Indicators Electric Alarm Switches Valve Supervisory Switches Valve and Hydraulically Calculated ID signs Manufacturers Installation Instructions for all equipment in brochure Other Leak Test Certificates Operation and Maintenance Instructions 3. Special requirements: a. Unless otherwise noted, prepare shop drawings in accordance with requirements for "Working Plans" as described. b. Certify Shop Drawings by a special contractor registered and currently licensed to practice. c. Draw floor plans at 1:100 scale or greater. Submit reproducible copies of all drawings. d. Cloud and key with date to indicate areas that have been changed on all re-submittals. e. Calculations for Hydraulically Designed Systems: 1) Calculations are required for hydraulically designed fire protection systems. 2) Unless otherwise noted, prepare calculations in accordance with requirements of "Hydraulic Calculations Procedures" as described. 3) Include calculations with submission of Shop Drawings.
