of your request for this person to complete this survey] We would like to invite you to participate in an online questionnaire focused on understanding the attitudes/perceptions towards use of technologies that offer concealment of individuals and organizations. As an extra credit opportunity, students in Communication 101 at Rutgers University have been asked to recruit individuals to participate in this questionnaire. You are receiving this email as a part of that opportunity. The minimum requirements for all participants are as follows: You must be 21 years old or over You must NOT be living in the state of NJ currently (But should be in the U.S.) You must NOT be a full-time student Your participation will be ANONYMOUS, where any information you provide will not be linked back to you. If you agree to participate in this study, simply follow the link to the online survey, where you could begin the questionnaire after having read and agreed to the informed consent. Additionally, once you have submitted the questionnaire, you will be redirected to a different webpage, where you can provide your email address and the name of the student recruiting you. This step will simply insure that the student recruiting you can receive the extra credit. Your decision to participate is voluntary. However, if you are unable to participate because of any reason, please let the student know that you do not wish to participate. All responses are due by April 12, 2013. Participation in this study will not cost anything more than your time. Please find below the instructions for completing the survey. 1. Once you have finished the survey, click on Done. You will be redirected to another website where you will enter your email and the full name of the student for whom you filled out the survey.
