Hi All, Please find attached Cluster report for zone 2 Cluster 8: CSSR is mainly degraded because of site 1092,

1126, 1026, 1132 and 1118 having C EM utilization above 85%, to improve CSSR CEM upgrade required for these sites. DAC value of site 1122 is out of range TT 81906 is raised for the same. CDR is high on site 1120 as neighboring site 1083 and 1566 is having sync issue. TT INC000000091801 is pending with Tx team for site 1262 is having high RSSI. Site 1132 was having Tx fluctuation on 29th June affecting the CDR. Cluster 9: Site 1032, 1033 and 1055 is having RRC failure due to RL setup failure. CDR on site 1034 increased after action by TSO on 27th Jan UL RSSI on site is hi gh on U09 carrier and impacting the CDR. UL RSSI is high in all sector issue esc alated. DAC value of site 1686 and 1066 is not in range TT raised to TSO, no update prov ided. CEM up gradation is required for site 1033 as its utilization is above 80%. UL RSSI is high on site 1301; TT INC000000096783 is pending with Tx team. Site 1066 is having IuB congetion. Cluster 10: Site 1304 having stability issue causing high CDR and poor CSSR. KPI is degraded mostly because of the site connected to hub 1073 is having inter mediate Tx fluctuation. Hybrid of site 1570 is down issue escalated. Site 1058 is having Tx fluctuation TT INC00000009848 is created for the same. Cluster 17 Site 1455 and 1467 is having RRC failure due to timeout repeat. Site 1533 is having high RRC failure due to RL setup failure, CEM utilization of site is 100%. CEM upgrade needed to improve the site KPI. Site 1467 is also required CEM upgrade as CEM utilization of site is above 80%. CDR is high on site 1610, issue is escalated and not yet resolve as FLM/Tx team is working on it. KPI is mainly degraded because of Tx fluctuation in Hub 1263 and 1283. Issue is pending with design team. Cluster 18: KPI is degraded because of site 1296, 1280 and 1373 is having high RAB failure d ue to TX issue TT is raised for the same and its pending from design team. Site 1501, 1301 CEM upgrade is required as CEM utilization is above 80% in busy hour. Site 1612 is is having high CDR after action done on 5th Feb by FLM, No update o n issue from NSRE. Down tilt will be proposed to limit the overshooting. Site 1510 is having IuB congestion in peak busy hours. Site 1691 is having DAC value out of range TT is raised with Tx team to solve th e issue.
