12 August 2013 Quest Taekwondo achieves Clubmark. Quest Taekwondo Penistone has successfully achieved Clubmark.

. The prestigious award recognises sporting excellence and certifies the club as a high quality sport club, from Sport England.

The Clubmark criteria are split into four categories: Activity/Playing Programmes. Welfare. Knowing your club and its community. Club Management. Pictured is Club Chairman Mark Needham being presented the award by Jo Drapier of South Yorkshire Sport. Also pictured is Richard Ullyott Club Treasurer and Clubmark liason (Right), as well as Chief Instructor and Head Coach, Mike Mckenzie. Quest Taekwondos Jacob Barnett Junior GB Athlete was also on hand to inspire the next generation of Quest Athletes. Mike Mckenzie, who is also the Development Officer of British Taekwondo, commented: Our goal is to help our members achieve their full potential, to do this its essential to have excellent coaches and a clear development programme.
