3MTM 8686 Faceplate - FTTH Wall Outlet

The 3MTM 8686 Faceplate - FTTH Wall Outlet allows mounting of 4 ea SC simplex couplings. Normally only 2 ports would be used depending on cable entry and coiling direction. If only one SC port is used, the three attached blind covers will close the unused SC ports. A blind cover closes the keystone port for only fibre terminations.
