AN OVER-CONFIDENT EMPLOYEE ?

From the case study we came to know that, certain employees are moving from one firm to another seeking for a good job environment. Sridhar is an example for this. Although he is hard working and talented he is not getting a chance in his firm to prove what he is. Companies should worry about people like Sridhar. Because only those efficient people can reduce the turnover, increase productivity and quality. So in order to maintain them in a firm the HR professionals should encourage employees empowerment, security, identity & competence. And the HR should select the best persons for the tasks in a firm. By maintaining this kind of employees the firm will be successful.

As we all know that Sridhar is very efficient. He is leaving the firm because the firm is not considering him well. He didnt got any chance to prove what he is. So by leaving that firm he has the confidence that he will get a great opportunity in another firm.

No, he was not satisfied with his job. He could not able to share his ideas with the firm. He was very much committed to the job but the firm doesnt provide a better job environment for him. They doesnt even gave a feedback for him that whether he is doing wrong or not. Thats why he is leaving that firm.

The firm should encourage employees empowerment, security, identity & competence. So by maintaining people like Sridhar in an organization they can reduce the turnover, increase productivity & improve quality. So the firm should take necessary steps to maintain that kind of workers there.

Socio Psycho analytical Theory.

From this we can conclude that the firm should have an open perspective. It should adopt new changes and give enough feedback to its employees. HR professionals and managers contribute to corporate success by encouraging employees and giving hem motivation. Through adopting Socio- Psychoanalytical theory we can change the working premises within the firm. We can make the firm based on open perspective. It will help employees to attain their goals. Thus we can say that social variables are the important determinants in shaping personality.
