Vishal Peripherals is a leading provider of IT products established in the year 1998 by Shri Prahalad Prasad
Hisariya. Located in CTC, Secunderabad, and housing 5 other branches all providing quality service in satisfying
demands in supplying any product without demanding to question if or not it can be supplied.

Potential employee as one who has the potential ability and goal to hold successive leadership positions in an company.

 Desire to have leadership role: The best leader puts most of the time and energy in helping others and then leader
becomes most successful in his/her path by making more connections, giving feedback and provide the resources
they need.
 Can meet goals & objectives: If the leader has a perfect goal and follow all the rules and regulations in the
organization and follow ethics can successfully meet the goals and objectives of the organization
 Can make and act on decisions: A leader must give the preference to the employee and value their suggestions and
should create a positive environment if they are acceptable by the employee then they can make decisions

 Attrition refers to the occurrence of the employees leaving the company.


 Attrition in a company is usually measured with a metric called attrition rate, which simply
shows the measurement of no of employees moving out of the company
 Attrition Rate = (Number of departures/ Number of employees)*100

Job satisfaction is defined as the level to which an employee feels self-motivated, contented & satisfied with his/her job.
Job satisfaction take place when an employee feels he or she is having job permanence, career growth in their life and an
easy work life balance
✓ To increase job satisfaction among employees Vishal peripheral must follow the below:
 Open and Continuous Communications for motivation: Give the employee freedom to communicate about
them and communication with employee makes organization feel strong because if the employee communicates
the problems can be solved easily and their will be low attrition rate.
 Opportunities to Use Abilities and Skills for growth: Give the employees to show case their skills and value
their ideas, if the employee is given opportunities to prove themselves, they work more on their interests that
help the employees increasing their satisfaction levels.
 Creating Positive environment: Offer of Good Health and Job security will create positivity to employee and
build up the relation ship with the supervisor.
 Rewards and recognition for appreciation: If the employee done some work in the organization then the
employee should be rewards with some value-added things or recognize the work they have done and give the
more opportunities to prove themselves that gives more job satisfaction.

 Lack of Decision-making ability: The management should make the decisions after talking with
employees and give them a chance to makes some decisions so that employees will have the
satisfaction levels
 Opportunities are not available for growth : The organization has to show a clear career path way to
the employees at their joining of the day according to that employee plan their career in their life
 Lack of appreciation after work done: If any work assigned by the employer to the employee and the
employee does the work with in the time then the employer should appreciate the employee with any
gifts or incentives and recognition in front of all the employees makes them feel strong and that makes
motivation to employee stay in the organization.
