How are we supposed to know who is stealing his vegetables? Were just kids!

he story so far: Three children have traveled back in time and find themselves on an unknown island. The chief of the island has commanded that they tell him who is uprooting his vegetables. They have till morning to reveal to him the culprit or else he will punish them for the crime.

We dont even belong in this time. ...

You know, I feel that this is our chance.

Our chance to do what?

Our chance to be miracle workers...

...like weve read about in the Bible.

A big need like this is a perfect opportunity for an outstanding miracle to happen.

And weve been facing big needs since the start of our adventure, so maybe this is another opportunity for a miracle.

Wow, I hadnt thought of it like that!

Remember the story of King Nebuchadnezzar asking his wise men to interpret his dream? But when Daniel heard about it, he knew the Lord could tell him the dream.

God told Daniel both the dream and the interpretation! And Joseph interpreted Pharaohs dream. Jesus has done it before. Its not too hard for Him to give us the answer to the chiefs question.

The three children bow their heads in prayer. Jesus, we thank You that nothing is too hard for You!

Just like You revealed the kings dream to Daniel, or pharaohs dream to Joseph

we know that You can reveal to us who is disturbing the chiefs vegetable crop.

Were counting on You. We need You very much!

You said, Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.1

We ask for the Holy Spirit to reveal to us what the chief wants to know.

I got a picture of the books on plant life that we discovered on the beach.

I thought of the map that we found in the trunkI actually brought it with me!

Jesus, please show us how these tie in to the chiefs problem.

The man who owns the tent has been studying the plant life on the island.

And has been responsible for the uprooting of the chiefs vegetables. Youre so wonderful, Jesus!

Lets go tell the chief!

The children bring the good news to the chief. Chief is pleased. But he wants to know where to find this man.

I have a map that I think will help you find him.

Good!

Chief is very unhappy with this man.

The chief looks really fierce.

Oh no! I hope he doesnt hurt him, whoever he is.
