03 ADJUSTING FIELDS
1.1 Adjusting discount fields
By changing the discount field older entries will be affected by the new discount figures. To fix this issue it is advisable to duplicate the discount table and change the vlookup formula to find the newly created data table.

1.2 Adjusting the stock inventory

Simply change the selling price figures in the stock inventory. Calculations will now adjust to the new selling price costs.

1.3 Changing client details

New client details must be carefully added into the database. It is important to enter the following. The date of birth must be entered into the database but the age can be calculated from this entry. The category of lesson must be entered as a according to the enrollment preference. Sibling details must be entered, and if applicable the sibling discount should be ticked. Senior citizens should have the senior discount ticked. Other calculations will appear automatically. It is important to copy field formulas into each new row.
