Reflection

From this assignment, I feel that my English reading skill, grammer and vocabulary have been improved so much because of the quiz. I read a lot of story book, newspapers and articles for my preparation of the quiz. At first, I cant understood the newspapers and the articles because it contant too many word which I do ever see. Luckily, I borrowed the dictionary from my friend and this help me a lot. Now, I had realized some grammer mistakes I always did and I try to correct it. Not only this, I also learnt a lot of new words. In the part of oral presentation, our group had choosen the comoon issues which name Kids Increasingly Staring At Glowing Screen. I had learnt something from Mr James Steyer the CEO of Common Sense Media and Dr Ari Brown from American Academy of Pediatrics based on the video. I realized that nowadays, many kids are too rely and depend to the electronic devices such as television, Ipad, Play Station and so on. If the kids are continuesly staring at the screen for a long time, this is not good for their growth and healthy. Besides that, I also learnt to present our personal views based on a video in oral presentation. Presentation of personal view can increase our knowlagde deeply to the issues we had choosen. I tried to present my personel views on factor contributing to the issues and I also gave some possible ways to resolve the issues. From this, I learnt to speak in front of the public. This has increased my selfconfident. Not only this, I also learnt the ways to serach the correct information from the internet and the books. This will help me a lot all the time. Lastly, due to the close cooperation between the group members, we could finish our task early before the due date. I have learnt that cooperation in a group is the most important key which will let us success. Although my group members were busy, but they tried to spend their free time to discuss the assignment and I am very appreciate it.
