CIRCULAR

Consequent to the merger of AUTs with Anna University, Chennai, to maintain uniformity in certain financial aspects, the following guidelines shall be adopted in connection with Ph.D./M.S. (By Research) / M.Tech. (By Research) programmes. 50% fee concession shall be granted to permanent/regular faculty members of Government Engineering Colleges / Constituent colleges of Anna University who pursue Ph.D./M.S (By Research) / M.Tech. (By Research) programmes as Part-time internal at erstwhile AUTs.

In the fees payment during every semester, a sum of Rs.1000/- is exempted in Tuition fee for Full-time SC/ST scholars registered for Ph.D./ M.S.(By Research) / M.Tech. (By Research) at erstwhile AUTs. Supervisors and Joint Supervisors (if any) of Ph.D/M.S.(By Research) / M.Tech. (By Research) guiding research scholars at erstwhile AUTs shall claim sitting fee on par with other DC/MC/ Oral examination board members.
