Preface Managing human resources in todays dynamic environment is becoming more and morec o m p l e x a s w e l l a s i m p o r t a n t . R e c o g n i t i o n o f p e o p l e a s a v a l u a b l e r e s o u r c e i n t h e org anization has led to increases trends in employee maintenance, job security, etcMy research project deals with Perform ance Management System as carried out at Liberty puram (Kutail). In this report, I have studied &evaluated the performance ManagementSy stem process as it is carried out in the company.In the first section of my report, I have conducted a research study to evaluate the process of performance Management System as carried out at Liberty puram (Kutail).The second section of my report deals with a detailed company profile. It includes the companys history: its activities and operations, organizational structure, etc. this sectionattempts to give detailed information about the company and the nature of its functioning.The third section deals with performance Management System. In this section, I have given a brief conceptual explanation to performance Management System. It contains the definition, process and significance of performance Management System. this section also contains myfindings, conclusions, suggestions and feedback

With their efforts they started their business in 25 th Dec,1954 with five firms :Liberty Footwear CompanyLiberty EnterprisesLiberty LeathersLiberty Group Marketing DivisionLiberty Shoes Limited.Liberty shoe LTD is one of the oldest companies which completed their life cycle more than50 years. Company occupies the market share near about 15 to 20 % of the total footwear market. And get 5th position in the world foot wear market. This position is only possiblewith the efforts of the firm and proper utilization of the available funds. Performance Employee Performance Managementi s a p r o c e s s f o r e s t a b l i s h i n g a s h a r e d workforce understanding about what is to be achieved at an organisation level.
