Orch. students arrive and unpack their instruments Students report immediately to the stage (beginners in the front). Experienced students stay outside in the hall......beginners circle into the chairs behind them Students exit and get in line for pictures Report back to their case to put their picture in their case and wait to be released for dismissal.

BAND
There will always be two people traveling with students. One person in the front and one in the back
Parent Entrance
GREETER
At the conclusion of the concert, parents will be allowed to take a family picture with their child. Only those parents will be allowed access to the back hallway.
ORCH
Band students will arrive and unpack their instruments Immediately get in line for your free photo Report back to their case to put their picture in their case. Students line up (beginning band in the front) . Experienced band stay outside in the hall....beginning band circles behind them into chairs once they are nished Students exit, pack up and wait for parents in their Holding Tank.

Exp. students will wait outside the door during the beginner concert
Band enters as Orchestra is leaving. Beginner students are in order beginning with ute and ending with percussion. An adult needs to be in the front so that orchestra students are not rushed out.
Exp. students will enter once the rst three rows are empty: violin, viola, then cello/ bass...ute, clarinet, sax, trumpet, trombone, percussion.
At the conclusion of the Beginner concert students will rotate to the seats behind them. The cello and violas should go stage L and the violins stage R. Band students need to split down the middle.
Students stand during applause and then exit beginning with students on the far L closest to the exit Orchestra proceeds to pictures and Band proceeds to their holding tank.
