Useful Qualities- I assigned hard work to 150 teenagers a day in a windowless, cinder-block room
and they dont hate me; neither will you! Interpersonal skills- ability to get along with varied personalities and levels Criticism- I can handle it from teenagers and from being at writers tables. I use it and grow from it. Social Media Savvy- Twitter is my workshop and an effective teacher in joke writing. Lightning-quick reflexes- Ive been working on a sketch for guest star A but he cancels at the last minute and now we need something for guest star B? NO PROBLEM. Let me cry in the bathroom for two minutes, max, then Im on it, doggone it. Humor and comedic timing- I came out of the womb laughing and it freaked everyone out. Passion and dedication- I will beat up anyone that says your show isnt THE BEST.
