ABSTRACT The importance of industrial training in Technical education is well accepted.

Although this training is part of the curriculum, the problems i encountered in the training are mainly; inadequate know-how in handling gaint machines, work overload and poor facilitation. in respective to the mentioned problems, the training proved eective in improving carrier development and skills for a better future work experience. This report explains what took place during training and that is; The rst week (beginning of my training) was orientation and the events are in the Introduction of chapter 1. i wrote key issues about the project into detail giving the;
Site Project objectives Facilities being constructed and their area locations.

In chapter two, i explained the departments of most concentration, giving the method, procedures, performance and outcome of the task assigned. These departments of most concentration are summarized in form of;
Steel works Finishes work Masonry works Plumbing works

Chapter three explains the impact of the training on me. These impacts answers directly the questions below; 1. What skills and qualications i think have gained from the training? 2. What kind of responsibilities i have under taken during the training 3. How i do think the training will inuence my future career plans? 4. How i do think the training activities i have carried out are correlated with my class room knowledge? The last chapter concludes and recommends my ndings about the training. In conclusions, it explains the key conclusions derived from the training experience together with the general observation about the sectors in which Dott services operates and Also in recommendations, i listed proposed plans for the future and was suggested logically from the conclusions. These are tools that were used in the training.
