Creative & Media Enterprise develops and polishes the capability of masters candidate both academically and practically to be involved in various creative and media industries sectors.

Master candidate will


Explore and comprehend how business and organization works and dened a strategic decision in leading a creative/media department and enterprise. Comprehend how creative and media landscape is improving through concepts and case studies. Comprehend the business aspects, including production management, marketing, nance and media law. Manage and produce creative/ media project through a crossdiscipline elds. The program is aimed for leaders and future leaders of the industry.

IDS | International Design School


Established in 2000, IDS | International Design School has delivered various courses in computer graphics, multimedia and visual communication design elds. IDS department, includes Design, Animation, Film, Photography, Advertising and Graduate Department. IDS graduates have joined creative industry sectors both in national and international arena. Having bold relationship with the industry, allows IDS to adapt easily and improve its courses to t the current digital media landscape.

We will explore new concepts and theories through real-world cases, and at the end of the course, we will produce a realcase project or written thesis. Lecturer Graduate Program:


1. Prof. Dr. Sapardi Djoko Darmono
is a famous Indonesian Poet, who also known as a cultural analyst. Darmono reviews variety of cultures, especiallypop-culture as the business insight to create an ecosystem of creative industries.

5. Irvan A. Noeman
heads BD+A Design | the Design Alliance, an associate of the design alliance - a collaborative network of asian design helping organizations communicate across Asia. He is well known in developing various creative industry sectors and involved in many organization in nurturing young talent.

Creative entreprenuer, media producer, creative director, executive director, chief innovation, media writer/ critics, arts manager, chief designer, creative collaborator, creative business developer, media manager.

2. Dr Wagiono Sunarto
is heading Jakarta Institute of the Arts as a Rector. His concern upon the development of arts and culture, gave him the inspiration to create a radical collaboration between multi-discipline parties to nurture and empower Indonesia's creative industries.

6. Adi Panuntun
a movie producer, CEO and Creative Head at PT. Sembilan Matahari. He has produced a feature film called Cin(T)a and directed a huge Video Mapping project which transform city spaces into a huge multimedia canvas. Panuntun has an MA in Design Management from School of Design, University of Northumbria, UK.

3. Dr. Iwan Gunawan, M.Si


has academic background and various experience in visual communication and social studies. He realizes that to build the creative industries, Indonesia needs to strengthen the three elements, Art, Technology and Business.

4. Seno Gumira Ajidarma


a prolific media writer and cultural activist. He is known by his unique, philosophical, and rather controversial works. He is known widely by his writing and always challenges his students on advancing their thinking.
