Thank you for your interest in the Screaming Eagles Martial Arts Summer Camp Program. First and foremost, we are a Martial Arts School...not a Daycare, therefore all of our camps are tailored to make sure that your childs experience with us is not only exciting, educational, and safe, but empowering and enlightening as well. We can help your child:

Students will get the opportunity to learn a variety of skills ranging from Extreme Kicks and Techniques, to the ancient art of the Samurai Sword, to Movie Stunt Acting and much more depending on which Camp they attend. There will be two class sessions scheduled for most days. Session 1 will consist of training in the Special Theme of the week. Session 2 will consist of basic training required to learn skills and techniques in the Martial Arts of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, covering all of the ingredients needed for our students to continue their training for their belt promotion goals and introducing the fundamental groundwork for the new student. Most all Activities, Crafts, etc. will revolve around our theme of the week. Session 1 Classes will end at 12:00 PM each day followed by a one hour lunch break (bring your own lunch, except on Friday) Fridays are Pizza Day! Session 2 Classes will end at 5:00 PM each day and students will be free to leave with their parents after that time. The camp day ends at 6:00 PM each day and parents NEED to make arrangements to have their child picked up by that time.

June 10 14 Boot Camp Training Description: In this week of Martial Arts camp we will be exploring the human body through our Martial Arts Boot Camp. Our kids will begin to work their muscles through fun drills like obstacle courses as well as working on basic body mechanics that are essential for world-class Martial Artists. Timed drills and challenging games are the norm in this class! Just like the Olympic games, students will be earning medals!! Words of Wisdom: Be prepared, eat a good breakfast and bring a healthy lunch! June 24 28 Martial Art Weapon Training Description: Our Weapons Training Camp is sure to make everyone a winner. Kids love learning flashy weapons. Whether they are totally new to the martial arts or an experienced black belt, there will be something for all. Students will learn some basic skills and fundamental techniques with foam nunchuks, bo staff, foam swords as well as some cool Ninja moves. We will be covering some of the amazing history of these time proven Martial Arts weapons. Words of Wisdom: Nunchucks, Bo Staff, Swords will be available for purchase prior to camp or at the end of the week! July 8 12 Kicks, Tricks & Art of Movement Description: Do you want to learn how to jump higher or kick faster? Maybe you want to learn some of the dynamic martial art moves that you see in the movies? Then this camp is definitely for you! No matter what your current skill level is, this week will be dedicated to improving everyones techniques and confidence. In addition to the traditional kicks, really adventurous students will be learning roundoffs, wheel kicks, spinning back kicks, and much more. Words of Wisdom: Stretch, stretch, stretch, and wear gym shoes! July 22 26 Movie Stunts & Tumbling Training Description: To make movies appear real and believable, studios rely on stunt actors. During our movie stunt camp, students will learn how to choreograph and perform scenes from a script that teams will put together. Students are encouraged to interact and make input suggestions. This camp will encourage creativity and performance levels while allowing the students to become movie stars. Action Films, Pirate Films, Space and Science Fiction are just some of the ideas. Words of Wisdom: Get enough sleep. Creativity and a beautiful smile are vital! August 5 9 Superhero Survivor! Description: In this last week of the most amazing camp ever, students will experience different and challenging obstacles. While no one will be voted off this island, students will have to rely on teamwork if they want to survive. Words of Wisdom: Dress in your favorite Superhero outfit, teamwork is the key word!

**Please note we offer full day summer camps and half day summer camps. We also offer the option of attending single days. However, students will not get the full benefits that can be achieved by attending every day if they attend partial weeks.
Summer Camp rates 5 days: $119 per person (full day) Price includes martial arts classes, arts & crafts, daily snacks, Pizza Friday and supplies 5 days: $60 per person (half day) Price includes martial arts classes, arts & crafts, daily snacks and supplies (pizza not included) Daily rate: (3 days constitutes 1 week) $50 per day (full day) $25 per day (half day) Payments must be made in Advance Regardless of Attendance. General Information Camp opens at 8:00AM. Special arrangements must be made with Diana if children need to be dropped off before this. Students may be dropped off anytime between 8:00AM and 8:30AM The 1st Martial Arts class begins at 9:00AM. All students must be present at this time. We are a martial arts school, first and foremost, not a daycare! Students may wear street clothes to the school and/or change into their uniforms including belt for classes everyday. Students must bring a lunch and drink everyday we cannot provide meals. We do have a snack bar for those who wish to purchase snacks. If you wish, parents can set up an account by putting money in the students name to purchase snacks. Chips, candy, chocolate bars, granola bars, cracker jacks Bottle water, soft drinks, small Gatorade $1.00 $1.00

Please label everything! Please put your child's name on the uniform tops and pants label. Lunch boxes, snacks, and any items brought into the school (such as gameboys, books, etc.) are the childs responsibility and should be labeled. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS!! Shoes and socks must be worn everyday. NO FLIP FLOPS OR OPEN TOED SHOES!!

Pick Up Policy Pick up time is 5:00PM with a grace period of 15 minutes. Beginning promptly at 5:16PM (school clock time) a late pick up fee of $5.00 per every 15 minute increment will be due upon pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS, NO EXCUSES! Attendance and Enrollment Policy Due to the limited space available in the camp program, students must register for each week they plan on attending. Payment arrangements will be set up at this time. Deposits paid for each week scheduled are non-refundable. Students must be at the school in time for classes. As a general rule, students should be at the school no later than 8:30 AM each day so that they can be ready for class. Discipline policy In order to ensure the safety of our students, we have adopted the following discipline policies 1. Students are expected to be respectful and mindful at all times. Disrespect to any staff member will not be tolerated under any circumstances. 2. After the first incident, the student will be reminded of the rules of camp and given a chance to change their behavior. 3. After the second incident, the student will be given a time out and/or restricted from participating in special activities in camp for the day 4. After the third incident, the student will be required to call their parents and inform them of their behavior. Parents may be asked to pick up their child for failure to comply with the rules of the camp.

5. Continued disregard for camp policies and/or continued behavior problems may result in the student being suspended from camp for a period of time as determined by Master Smith. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OFFERED FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE SUSPENDED OR EXPELLED FROM CAMP. Medication Policy Prescription medication is not permitted to be administered by Camp Staff. All medications must be given before or after camp. Due to the weapons training classes and the activities scheduled, students must be able to focus and follow directions. This will greatly assist the staff and enhance your childs learning experience in camp.
