    As stated in your BCA Requirements, we hereby present to you our compliances on the site for your quick processing of our clearance: 1. To remove construction signboard

    2. Complete all outstanding works. (E.g. Driveway entrance shall be leveled; finishes works at the lobby & works at the future production areas.) 3. Front & corner side boundary wall areas, and the corner of the Staff Rest Area shall be complied with H.3.4 of the Approved Document. 4. Headroom to underside of the spiral staircase at the 1 st storey lobby shall be with section C.3.2.1 in the Approved Document. 5. Headroom of the spiral staircase (@ 1970mm) shall be complied with sections E.3.6.1 in the Approved Document 6. Disabled car parking lot shall be provided to comply with Clauses 9 of Code on Accessibility 2007. 7. Disabled access ramp to the lobby, disabled toilet & ancillary office shall be provided to comply with Clause 3.3 of the Code. 8. Doorway of the disabled toilet shall be levelled.

    9. Door lock & handle of the disabled toilet shall be complied with Clauses 3.8.6, 3.8.7. 10. Disabled toilet shall be also complied with Clauses 3.10.3.2, 4.4.1(b), 4.5.5, 4.7.1(g), 4.9.1(h) & (i) of the Code. 11. Provide disabled directional signs to comply with Clause 10 of the Code. 12. Please provide permanent floor diagram & disabled logo outside the passenger lift. 13. Provide Not For Passengers sign outside the goods lifts. 14. markings on full height glass walls/doors. Provide

    15. Protective barriers on external side of the common staircase shall be complied with section H.3.2.1 & H.3.4.3 in the Approved Document. 16. Top hung windows at the office areas - To comply with section H.3.2.1 in the Approved Document. 17.
