Chapter 1 The bravery days

We have something really special here - and it's so, so very easy for it to get fucked up. The tiniest of changes could irreparably damage what this sub is meant to be. Again: free and open. Many of us know just how important those virtues are.--- /u/ skeen

There was once a time when /r/ atheism was perhaps the most thriving subreddit on the entire site. The founder of /r/atheism attributes that to the fact that he would always keep the subreddit free and open for anyone to post anything atheism related. /r/atheism was the first Atheism related subreddit. And it remained to be the best one until the changes. /u/skeen always had a philosophy to allow anyone to post anything they want because it was so lightly modded. So brave. During these years the euphoria levels of /r/atheism were so high that other subreddits envied it because of all the attention and euphoria it attracted. Sagan would be proud of the old /r/atheism

Chapter 2 Infiltration

For a long time /u/skeen was the only mod of the glorious /r/atheism. But then one day, something changed, some new mods had been appointed. These mods were named /u/jij and /u/juliebeen. Present day we now know that /u/jij is just a Christian that was able to infiltrate the core of /r/atheism and hijack it; but we will get on to that later in the book. /u/ juliebeen was in fact an atheist, BUT he did not believe in the same philosophy that /u/skeen devoted his life to. He was removed as mod for removing several posts for going too far which was strictly against /u/skeens policy. A new mod named /u/tuber was also appointed later by /u/jij before he betrayed the sub, but we will also talk about that later.

Chapter 3 The downfall

/u/jij kicked out /u/skeen and implemented a new police that would cause the euphoria levels to rapidly decline in the subreddit. This new policy made it so we could not get one-click may-mays, but instead would have to go through several links. This also made it illegal for Scientists to redeem their logic and reason for sweet sweet karma. After a few days there was absolutely no euphoria left in /r/atheism. Then /u/jijs intentions were clear, he purposefully destroyed /r/atheism so him and other funDIEs could win the war on religion.

Chapter 4 The failed revolt

After the new policies were implemented the brave atheists of reddit protested and just posted euphoric insults about the mods. /u/jij made a statement saying he would remove the new policies and restore /r/atheism back to its previous levels of euporia. Obviously he was lying. Why would we believe a retarded funDIE that seriously believes in a morally corrupt gOD? And to prove that funDIEs are not moral all you have to do is real the b[LIE]ible, upon finishing you will find that there is not even one mention of fedoras, doritos, and mountain dew.

Chapter 5 The Continuing movement

Even after the battle for /r/atheism has been lost, there is still hope. Several new subreddits and users have united with a common goal to spread euphoria through the vast land known as reddit, and to attempt to restore euporia to the lost /r/atheism. If we never give up, maybe someday the funDIEs will listen.
