    Principals Message Last week we held our first Parenthood Meeting of the year at Fortune
    ]klk School. It took place on Wednesday August 21st from 6:00PM-7:00PM. We had around 60 parents and grandparents attend the meeting. Next time I would like to see even more attend our Parenthood meeting. We next look to re-introduce policies and procedures of our School Site Council, plan for our Kindergarten trip to Sacramento State University, and brainstorm Harvest Festival ideas for October. Dont miss out!

    September 2: School will be closed in observance of Labor Day School will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd. Regular school attendance is an important factor in school success! Please bring scholars to school on-time every day.

    Dear Fortune School Family, I just wanted to say THANK YOU and show my appreciation for the support I have received from Staff & Parents! I look forward to helping each and every one of you to make sure your SCHOLAR has a successful year. Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions or concerns.
