Invest in stocks based the share size= (% risk x trading capital) divided by (entry-predetermined stop loss) So, therefore, we look at our charts, we get our entry point let us say 200,and our stop loss is at 175.Now presuming our capital is 10 lakh, and our percentage risk per trade is 1%. Therefore, Share Size= (1% of 10 lakh) divided by (200-175) = 10,000 divided by 25 = 400 6. Stop loss 10% - 15%. 7. Exit when trend line breakdown happened. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
