In re: Atty Vinzons Facts: Atty Isidro Vinzon and Filomena Vinzon were charged with the crinme

estafa. They were alleged to have misappropriated the sum of 7,000 from Felicidad Balagtas. Mrs Balagtas was a mentally incompetent, schitzophrenic widow. She was assited by Atty Vinzon on various legal papers and application. She was not aware of the contents of those she thumbmarked and some even caused the alteration of her address. Ruling: Atty Vinzon was guilty of estafa. Estafa is a crime involving moral turpitude. His acts were contrary to justice, honesty and good morals which constitute disbarment. The court disbarred Atty Vinzon.
