Programming stick for software update DrillManager ME

To all HORSCH service partners This is to inform you about the possibility to programme the job computers yourself. With this system you can deploy the latest software version on the job computer (system Mller ME) of your customer, if necessary. Compared to the previous model, with the new programming stick you have access to any number of versions of a software update. Due to the USB-interface as well as to the attached USB-stick you no longer depend on a PC or a laptop and, thus, you always have all data with you.

The databox with the USB-stick is placed between operation terminal and basic equipment, as shown in the illustration. ATTENTION! Risk of hardware damages because of wrong installation! Pay attention to the colour of the cables! Only connect them as shown!

We explictly want to draw your attention to the fact that the new update does not automatically have to be deployed on every machine. Horsch will not reimburse any costs arising from software updates made by the importer. Horsch is not liable for any damages connected to the software update (e. g. hardware, overvoltage, etc.). ATTENTION! You should only carry out the reprogramming in urgent cases. Before carrying out the software update, the importer is to consult the HORSCH after-sales service! The instructions for the software update can be downloaded on our homepage. Moreover, the instructions as well as the necessary file are already installed on the USB-stick. The programming kit DATABOX 2 incl. case can be ordered in our spare parts department for 185,00 net (ref. nr. 00346036). DATABOX 2, Y-cable as well as the HORSCH service stick are included.
