Why Education is important. The prosperity of nation depends on her development of education.

Often when money becomes a concern to a nation, cutbacks are needed. Unfortunately, sometimes the first things that are trimmed down is education. For example in America in the city of Chicago, over 50 schools are being shutdown in the name of saving money. There was almost no concern for the students welfare affected by the closures. Education is vital to the development of an individual as it is to that of a nation. Because in todays world if you want to get ahead in life and have a future you must have a good education this allows you to get the technically advanced jobs and by doing those jobs not only do you prosper, you help the nation expand its horizons and increase the productivity of the country as a whole. Zhenzo X is an example, without the high tech jobs and carreers; China would not be able to launch men into space. The space program brings money in from all over the world to China and creates prosperity for all. It also insures Chinas future. As resources become scarce, China must look to new sources for the basics of industry and life. Industry is the lifeblood of a nation. The nations progress is fueled by a constant need for natural resources. Education is the key that unlocks the door to the future of China. Yet, some people are still ignorant of its importance.
