I, Vanessa Garcia , Court Specialist I of Reno Municipal Court, a court of law
organized, incorporated or existing under the laws of the Cit of Reno,
and with its principal business located at: 1 South Sierra Street. Reno. N 81.
Being duly sworn, do depose and say:
On 03/22/12 While at my duty station window #7, I saw Mr. Zachar Coughlin
walking through the lobby wearing a white long sleeve t-shirt and what appeared to be
red fannel pajama pants. Shortly afer he came to Daniel Casillas window #8, Mr.
Coughlin was wearing a deep red button up shirt and a lighter color te under his long
sleeve white shirt. I heard him repeatedly questioning everthing Daniel and Donna told
him and insisted on a copy of the docket a he always does. It got to the point where we
couldn't really do much more to help him, but he just kept asking questions about,
employees, positions and for Daniel to read of all docket entries from all his cases as be
was writing them down, customers in the lobby were nodding their beads, they were
getting upset about how long h was taking at the window, at this time Marshals
Thompson and Coppa arrived, s oke to Mr. Co lin and Mr. Coughlin lef.
