To print multiple PowerPoint slides with notes:

PowerPoint offers a variety of options for printing, including multiple slides per page or slides with notes, but does NOT offer an option to print multiple slides per page with notes. To do this, it is necessary to export the presentation to Microsoft Word. PowerPoint 97-2003 With the presentation open, click on the File menu, select the Send to option (about 2/3 of the way down the menu), then click on Microsoft Office Word (at the bottom). From the pop-up menu, select the layout you prefer, then click the OK button. PowerPoint 2007 With the presentation open, click on the round Microsoft Office Button (upper left corner), then select the Publish option (near the bottom of the menu), then click on Create handouts in Microsoft Office Word From the pop-up menu, select the layout you prefer, then click the OK button.
